Mike Yoder is the Founder and Executive Director of Citizen AG and managing partner of Yoder Dreher Pearson LLP, a constitutional litigation law firm based in Washington, D.C. Renowned for his relentless defense of religious and medical freedom, Mike has filed more than 100 federal lawsuits in the last 3 years, safeguarding the rights of over 3 million Americans against vaccine mandates that conflicted with their beliefs.
Mike's high-profile cases include actions against the President of the United States and every Secretary of the Cabinet, as well as actions against the intelligence community and state leaders such as Governors Newsom and Hochul, and Cities including New York, Bellevue, and the District of Columbia.
Mike has also represented the underdogs in massive corporate actions, including lawsuits against Big Pharma giants such as Teva Pharmaceuticals and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, 3M, United HealthCare, Capital One, and a host of other private entities.
In 2022, Mike founded Citizen AG to take that experience to the nonprofit sector because, "freedom and justice should not be contingent on whether you afford a lawyer." Under Mike's leadership, Citizen AG's attorneys have successfully prevented over 1.2 million registered ineligible voters from being susceptible for use to commit voter fraud in the 2024 Presidential Election and the organization has rapidly expanded, including a newly formed partnership with undercover journalist, James O'Keefe, dedicated to protecting federal whistleblowers.
