Donations: All contributions to Citizen AG are non-refundable, as they directly support our mission-driven initiatives. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Products or Services: Refunds for merchandise or services may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Event Registration: Refund requests for event registrations must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event date.
